Uncredited bonus track on the original CD. This song is about me spending way too much time in the recording studio. The middle break is a collage of all the idiotic things that I find myself saying again and again during recording sessions. The noise at the end is the sound of my old Otari 8-track machine rewinding a tape. This track was recorded with the original 1992-1995 "Earthworm" lineup, which only played a few live shows.
